Coming Soon!

Tentative Launch Date:

September 15, 2008!

I am currently compiling material, studying/praying about, and writing a comprehensive Bible study based on Proverbs 31. I believe it is one of the most misinterpreted chapters of the Bible and it is my hope that this Bible study will free women from the idea we’ve been instilled with of having to be a perfect wife and mother and instead simply resting at the feet of Jesus where He intended for us to be, yet run an life full of efficiency and balance. You know, a little bit like Mary and a little bit like Martha!

Amy Bayliss - Speaker

These topics are just a representation of Amy's most popular messages. If you would like to have a message customized to the theme of your women's event, please don't hesitate to ask. Email all inquiries to: Andrea, Amy's Sister & Personal Assistant

In Pursuit of Proverbs 31

Have you ever felt inadequate in comparison to the woman of Proverbs 31? Would you like to know God's liberating truths about these scriptures? This message is to show women the Proverbs 31 Woman in a whole new light... the light of Christ that is. So many times Amy has heard women become down and depressed over their assumptions that they can never measure up and that the Proverbs 31 Woman is something they could never attain. She knows that this is not what God had in mind when He willed those verses into the bible. It is possible to have it all and only one thing is required: a true, deep, and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.

Sessions Include:

  • What it means to fear the Lord.
  • The creative YOU.
  • Working from home when you already work at home.
  • Efficiency & Balance - The elements of survival.
  • Simplify Your Life - Organization

Our Daily Manna

This is a cooking class with biblical metaphors thrown in to teach about our relationship with our Lord and Savior while teaching women how to save time and money in the kitchen. You'll be surprised to learn what fruit and efficiency have to do with our walk with Christ. Join me for tips and revelation and I can't guarantee that the tears will always be from the onions! This class is better suited for small, at home groups.

The Disconnected Parent – Reconnecting With Your Child

Do you feel disconnected from your child(ren)? Do you know that your love for them exists but you are unable to express it? I know how that feels. Nearly 7 years ago my, then 2 years old, son nearly died. He accidentally hung himself on a swing set. God miraculously brought him back to us but something died in me that day. I began to push him away out of fear of losing him again. Our bond was broken.

We hear many similar stories from parents across the world. It happens when children are born premature; when a woman suffers through numerous miscarriages and then finally gives birth; when a child is diagnosed with an incurable disease; when a woman is so severely abused that she fears loving anyone else.

God wants to free you. In some of my darkest hours He revealed truths to me that have resurrected the love that I desired for my son and I to share. Our bond has been restored. My heart is healing. I'd love to share these truths with you. Your children deserve it and so do you.

The Heart of the Matter

What God is nudging Amy to “proclaim” is that we, the parents, are our children’s primary teachers. It is our biblical duty to “train them up in the way they should go” and that isn’t just for those of us who keep our kids home and teach them the educational basics.

It is the responsibility of all parents whether our children are in public, private, charter, co-op, or home schools. We are still their primary teacher; but many parents in this day and age have become lazy with that responsibility. That is why it must change now.

Parents should be excited about teaching kids to cook, plant a garden, read a story, and most importantly learn about our Lord and Savior. THAT is homeschooling. Every parent becomes a homeschooler the day their child is born. You teach them to coo and ga, how to sit up, how to walk, what to eat, how to dress, and so on.

Our mandate is given in Exodus 18:20. God wants us to teach our children His principles, His thoughts on family, His plan for our future. Those are His mandates that must be taught at home. Every parent is a teacher. Let Amy show you how. This is not a homeschooling message but a parenting message.

The Special Needs Christian

We all have faults and shortcomings, places we need constant help or improvement. We must realize that God loves us in spite of what we perceive to be unloving qualities. The world can look at us differently but God never will. We are His special needs children.

Amy's heart swells with pride and love for her son, who has a form of dwarfism and is partially blind, and his brothers. And even though they have no physical limitations they too have "special needs" In fact, all children do whether it be a need for extra emotional attention, a need to be tickled, learning disabilities, being gifted, having social problems, being deaf, child prodigies, having Down Syndrome, having an abundance of talent, red hair, braces or whatever else it may be. Every child has special needs.

God has shown Amy that, as God's children, we all have special needs too. He protects us, loves us, helps us up, trains us, teaches us and sets us apart. He uses those special needs for His glory. No one is that different or that alone in this world. We are not a burden to our Father. Why do we sometimes condemn ourselves as though we are? He is reaching out to you today.... let Him hold you!

Celebration of Life

I love to speak about seeing God in everything because He is there. You just have to look for Him. From the sunrise that promises a new day to the downpour of rain that cleanses everything and makes nature come alive. I also talk about the eternal moments where God uses an ordinary situation from an ordinary day to drop a nugget of truth into your spirit. He is awesome and amazing and I want others to share that love for Him and the zeal for life that He has given me.

Women need to be freed from depression, anxiety, and the feeling of simply existing. This message will bring forth the roots of your complacency and revive you to the point of starting fresh and anew. His mercy is new every morning and it is time you started to enjoy life!

Would the Real Christians Please Stand Up?

"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all our heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments." Matthew 22:36-40

What has happened to the practice of these most important scriptures? Have we lost sight of what Jesus said? Have we changed it to read, "Love your neighbor as yourself - only if he is a Christian and believes just as you do?"

A majority of the population would argue that we have. They don't want anything to do with Christianity because of the way we have portrayed it. We have not been imitating Christ. We can discern without judging. We can love without approving of sin. We can share Jesus without forcing Him on others. Why don't we do it?

Jesus was a pioneer. He went against the religious leaders of His time. He became friends with thieves, murderers, prostitutes, alcoholics, and many other sinners. He was rebuked for it by religious leaders but he said to them, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance." (Luke 5:31-32)

Let Amy bring you a message of love and revival for a world full of hurting people.

Naked and Ashamed

Amy has studied the life of Eve many times, Genesis chapter 3. She proves that you truly do see something new each time you read scripture.

Here is what Amy saw this time: Genesis 3:21 "And the LORD God made for Adam and for his wife garments of skins, and clothed them."

After they confessed their sins, God covered them. They were ashamed and God gave them cause to not be ashamed by covering them. How many times do we remove that covering and continue to bask in guilt and depression over our sins? How many times do we ignore God's covering? How many times must we nail Jesus to the cross before we realize that our sins are already covered and that we are indeed forgiven?

We women especially have this innate ability to recall an emotion, at any random time, that may be associated with a past sin. The thoughts can pop up in the car, while putting on make-up, while cooking, or even while praying. Should we bask in the emotion that has just been recalled? No. We know what His word says and I know we all sin and fall short, yet somehow we always feel unworthy of God's forgiveness. We always try to make it up with good deeds and lengthy prayers. Not anymore. Amy has accepted the gift Jesus died to give her. She's happy to say that God clothed her. She am no longer naked and ashamed.

Would you like to be free? Let Amy show you how.

Organic Christianity

Amy has been on a real quest to get healthy. In her quest, she took up reading several books about eating and the lifestyle of health God intended for us to have. All of these books sent her on a search for "organic" foods so she wanted to know exactly what that meant....

The word organic food does not only apply to the food from your own home garden, but also to the store bought food products, in which no synthetic artificial inputs are used.
To sum it up, organic is food that is closest to the way God created it. The way He designed it is fortifying and nutritious. It is full of good things that give us energy, vitamins, and minerals and they help our bodies function as they were designed to.

A person can exhibit a fruit of the spirit but that doesn't necessarily mean that it is good. Let's say a person is faithful to their spouse until one of them perishes but the reason they remained faithful was due to pride. Does that make the fruit good? Again, the answer is no. The goodness of the fruit is dependent on the condition of the heart. We must have a right heart to exhibit Godly fruit, organic fruit. The kind that nourishes and is free of harmful things. We want to produce the kind that fortifies His body and helps it to function the way He designed it to.

Let Amy reveal to you the process of becoming an organic Christian.
