I'm a reality tv kind of girl. Top Chef, American Idol, Supernanny, The Biggest Loser, Here Come the Newlyweds, and the like. In fact, the only unreality TV show I watch is CSI (which is my FAVORITE). So for a couple of years now I have been listening to all the hype and all of the "you have to watch it next week" about this one particular show and I never caved in. Well, that is until now.
You see I had no intentions of ever getting sucked into the fairy tale land of "Lost" but my friends all raved about it. Then my husband came home and admitted that he was a closet "lost" boy. "Don't knock it honey 'cause you would like it", he says.
Me? Like Lost?
Then... THEN... The Preacher's Wife starts raving about the latest episode of Lost. Wow. I'm shocked. Is it really that good?
*sigh*
I guess I'll find out soon. I got season one in from Netflix today. I'm doing it Lisa! I'm gonna "get Lost"!

I have also recently been sucked into the lost world but by my husband!
It will be the show you love to hate I'm sure! I try to act like I hate it but I'm the first one on the couch with the popcorn at 7:59 waiting like a kid waits for Santa!

Woo hoo! I got hooked on Lost during the first episode of the first season. I made my hubby watch Ep 2 with me and before he caved he said "This is probably going to be the most overrated show of the season. When the ep was over he had a sheepish grin on his face and said "I'm hooked!"
Oooo oooo! It is THE BEST show!!! Just make sure you watch it in order and that you DO NOT read any post's about current episodes. It will totally ruin it. This season is by far the best one... it gets better and better and better. I'm going to be really sad when it's over. It is the one show a week that hubby and I watch together... or that *I* watch on a regular basis.

Prepare yourself because you will be hooked! It's so interesting and keeps you guessing about what will happen next. A few years ago, a church friend told us about Lost and let us borrow the first season on DVD. Hubby and I watched it until the wee hours of the morning. We were hooked and didn't want to stop until we had finished all of the DVDs in Season 1. It was crazy! But, it was that good!
