I just had a Baja Chicken Sub from Quiznos. It is so delish! Oh my! I am so gonna make a copy cat recipe of this!!
I also read the back of the cup (for the first time). It says they started this business because some fine culinary chef's in an Italian restaurant in Denvor's Capitol Hill were playing around making subs with all of the fine cuisine they had available. That explains why I love them so much!

You should not post such things for me to read late at night when I'm HUNGRY but shouldn't eat! Oi veh.
My fav sub is an Italian BMT from Subway-- toasted on the three cheese bread with cheese, mayo, purple onion, bell pepper, tomato, spinach (when they offered spinach back in the old days) and black pepper.
